Research on Planning and Design of Medical Electronic Bill

医院电子票据的全流程无纸化电子控制,打破了信息壁垒,实现了财政票据的信息共享,可以更好地服务患者,提升就医效率,真正实现让数据多跑路,让患者少跑路。基于此,笔者对医院电子票据的规划和设计展开深入研究,梳理了业务与票据管理流程,能够为其他医疗机构票据的实施提供借鉴。

The whole-process paperless electronic control of hospital electronic bills breaks information barriers and realizes the information sharing of financial bills,which can better serve patients,improve the efficiency of medical treatment,and truly achieve more data and fewer patients.Based on this,the author carried out in-depth research on the planning and design of hospital electronic bills,sorted out the business and bill management process,and can provide reference for the implementation of bills in other medical institutions.
