基于三维体验平台的多联管路支吊架应用开发与研究

摘要 本文基于达索三维体验(3DEXPERIENCE)平台对原生支架设计模块的数据类型进行集成和扩展,以面向生产建造的支吊架装配为设计导向,开发了多联管支架设计应用.首先,利用工厂模式,借助CAA二次开发技术实现标准支架批量操作和非标支吊架组合、编辑等操作,以提升多联支吊架的调用效率及多样性;其次,通过开发二三维图纸批量创建操作,实现了生产设计与交付物自动化输出,基本上不需要人为干预.该应用能够满足现阶段船厂牺装专业工程师多联管路支吊架设计的需要. Based on 3D experience platform of Dassault,through the integration and expansion of the data type of the original support design module,and taking the support and hanger assembly oriented to production and construction as the design orientation,this paper developed the design application of multi tube support.Using the factory mode and CAA secondary development technology,the batch operation of standard supports and the combination and editing of non-standard supports and hangers were realized,so as to improve the efficiency and diversity of multiple supports and hangers.Finally,through the development of 2D and 3D drawing batch creation operation,the automatic output of production design and delivery is realized,basically without human intervention.The application can meet the needs of the design of multi pipeline support and hanger for the professional engineer of outfitting in shipyard at present.
