摘要 参考国际拖曳水池会议(International Towing Tank Conference,ITTC)推荐规程,对螺旋桨空泡脉动压力试验的不确定度进行分析。根据脉动压力试验流程,确定试验过程中的误差源;根据不确定度传递函数,确定误差源对试验结果的影响。基于某油船的螺旋桨对3种工况进行10次重复性试验,并通过误差源分析得到试验结果的不确定度。在此基础上,提出降低不确定度的方法和注意事项。试验分析结果表明,在95%置信水平下(k=2),脉动压力试验结果和脉压系数的不确定度均在3%以内,试验结果对后续脉动压力试验的开展有一定的参考作用。 Referring to the ITTC(International Towing Tank Conference)recommended guidelines,the uncertainty of propeller cavitation pulse pressure test is analyzed.According to the pulse pressure test process,the error source in the test process is identified;according to the uncertainty transfer function,the influence of the error source on the test results is determined.A standard propeller is tested 10 times under three working conditions,and the uncertainty of the test results are obtained according to the error source analysis.The methods and key points to reduce the uncertainty are proposed.The experimental analysis shows that the uncertainty of pulse pressure measurements and pulse pressure coefficient are both within 3%at 95%confidence level(k=2).
