摘要
为提高船舶电力监控系统人机界面设计的合理性,避免操作时产生人因失误,以某船的电力监控系统为例,对其人机界面存在的不足进行分析。在此基础上,利用西门子WinCC组态软件,通过对该电力监控系统的组织架构进行简化,对其功能模块进行重新布局,对其人机界面的整体风格进行优化比选,设计一款相对合理、友好的电力监控系统人机界面。试验结果表明,新设计的电力监控系统人机界面合理、友好,能有效降低人因失误概率。
In order to make an existing HMI(Human Machine Interface)of a ship power monitoring system more friendly,the WinCC configuration software is used to redesign it.The system structure is simplified,the functional modules are replanned and the overall style of the interface is redesigned.Experiments show that the new HMI has higher usability and,therefore,better performance in reducing human error rate.
