摘要
依据叶用甘薯叶菜几何形态、物理特点和农艺要求,探讨在收获装备中制约其发展的关键技术:合拢扶立、夹持输送及切割等,设计一种叶用甘薯叶菜收获机械。该机能自动有序收获甘薯叶菜,且切割平整,符合农艺要求,适用性好,提高了叶菜收获效率。
According to the geometric shape,physical characteristics and agronomic requirements of sweet potato leafy vegetables,the key technologies restricting its development in harvesting equipment,such as closing and supporting,clamping,conveying and cutting,etc.,were discussed,and a kind of leaf sweet potato leafy vegetable harvesting machine was designed.The machine can harvest sweet potato leaf vegetables in an automatic and orderly manner,and the cutting is smooth,which meets the agronomic requirements,has good applicability,and improves the harvesting efficiency of leaf vegetables.
