摘要
削完耳基的银耳需要去除杂质,将浸泡与清洗过程中存在的大量溶解胶质及杂质进行分离。文章介绍了分段式银耳浸泡清洗机的结构特点,通过银耳浸泡清洗试验,分析浸泡清洗过程中,银耳的吸水率、尺寸、洗净率、胶质溶解及杂质分离的变化规律,探索适合的浸泡清洗工艺。
Tremella after cutting the ear base needs to remove impurities and separate a large number of dissolved colloids and impurities in the process of soaking and cleaning.It is introduced the structure and characteristics of the segmented Tremella soaking and cleaning machine,through the Tremella soaking and cleaning test,analyzes the changing rules of water absorption,size,cleaning rate,colloid dissolution and impurity separation of Tremella in the process of soaking and cleaning,and explores the suitable soaking and cleaning process.
