卵巢癌患者血清MMP-9和IL-8水平及其临床价值

The levels and clinical significance of MMP-9 and IL-8 in patients with ovarian cancer

目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和白细胞介素8(IL-8)水平及临床意义。方法:选取120例EOC患者(恶性组)、27例卵巢良性疾病患者(良性组)、27例健康体检女性(对照组),比较血清MMP-9、IL-8水平,并分析两者水平与EOC临床病理学特征的关系及两者相关性。结果:恶性组血清MMP-9、IL-8水平均明显高于良性组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清MMP-9、IL-8与卵巢癌患者FIGO分期、淋巴结转移、化疗效果有关(P<0.05),与年龄、分化程度、病理分型等无明显相关。MMP-9与IL-8表达水平具有正相关性(r_(s)=0.363,P<0.01)。结论:上皮性卵巢癌患者血清中MMP-9及IL-8均高表达,两者表达与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移、化疗敏感性有关,可作为卵巢癌诊疗中的重要参考指标。

Objective:To investigate the levels and clinical significance of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC).Methods:120 patients with EOC were enrolled in malignant group,27 patients with benign ovarian diseases in benign group and 27 healthy women in control group.The levels of serum MMP-9 and IL-8 were compared,and the correlation between them and the clinicopathological features of patients with EOC were analyzed.Results:The serum levels of MMP-9 and IL-8 in malignant group were significantly higher than those in benign group and control group(P<0.01).Serum MMP-9 and IL-8 were correlated with FIGO stage,lymph node metastasis and chemotherapy response in patients with EOC(P<0.05),but not with age,differentiation,pathological classification and so on.There was a positive correlation between serum MMP-9 and IL-8 expression(r s=0.363,P<0.01).Conclusion:MMP-9 and IL-8 are highly expressed in serum of patients with EOC,and their expression is related to FIGO stage,lymph node metastasis and chemosensitivity which can be used as an important reference index in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
