凉血解毒汤对寻常型银屑病对患者血液流变学及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

Eff ect of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction on hemorheology and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的探讨凉血解毒汤治疗寻常型银屑病对患者血液流变学及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法选择100例寻常型银屑病患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组予阿维A胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予凉血解毒汤治疗,2组均持续治疗2个月。比较2组治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后的皮损情况、血液流变学及T淋巴细胞亚群。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(96.00%,48/50)高于对照组(78.00%,39/50)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组皮损面积、红斑、鳞屑、浸润评分、银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)总分、血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度及全血CD8^(+)水平较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);全血CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平较治疗前升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论凉血解毒汤可明显改善寻常型银屑病患者皮损情况及血液流变学,并可调节患者T淋巴细胞亚群,改善免疫功能,有助于提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the eff ect of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction on hemorheology and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Avia A capsules,and the observation group was treated with Liangxue Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical effi cacy,skin lesions,hemorheology and T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total eff ective rate of the observation group(96.00%,48/50)was higher than that of the control group(78.00%,39/50)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of lesion area,erythema,scale,infi ltration score,total score of psoriasis area and severity index(PASI),plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood CD8+of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of the whole blood CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liangxue Jiedu Decoction can signifi cantly improve the skin lesions and hemorheology of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,regulate T lymphocyte subsets and improve the immune function,and help improve the clinical effi cacy.
