张仲景治疗咳喘方药规律探析

Exploration of the medication law in Zhang Zhongjing’s recipes for treating cough and asthma

通过归纳分析张仲景的《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中所有治疗咳嗽气喘的条文,总结仲景治疗咳喘的方药证治规律。结果显示《伤寒论》中治疗咳喘的方剂有13首,《金匮要略》中有33首,去掉重复的4首,《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中治疗咳喘的方剂总共有42首。根据治则治法对这42首方剂进行归纳分类,并对涉及的48味药进行频数统计和功效分类,总结出张仲景治疗咳喘首重协调肺的宣发与肃降功能,调节津液代谢,祛邪兼顾扶正,联合应用治肺八法。

Through an inductive analysis of all the provisions in Zhang Zhongjing’s Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases)and Jingui Yaolüe(Synopsis of Golden Chamber)for the treatment of cough and asthma,this paper aims to summarize the regularities of his medication and diff erentiation for the treatment of this disease.The results show that there are 13 prescriptions in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,33 prescriptions in Synopsis of Golden Chamber.Removing the 4 overlapped ones,a total of 42 prescriptions remains in the two classics.After they are summarized and classifi ed according to the treatment principles and methods,and the frequency statistics and effi cacy classifi cation of the involved 48 drugs are carried out,it is concluded that Zhang Zhongjing’s treatment method gives priority to coordinating the lung’s function of diffusion,purification and descending,regulating the metabolism of body fl uid,eliminate pathogenic factors,and giving consideration to strengthening the body,combined with the eight methods for treating the lung diseases.
