摘要 学习党史、新中国史、改革开放史、社会主义发展史是新时代加强和改进高校教师队伍建设的重要内容。全面精准地推进高校教师"四史"教育,需要从增进立德树人的责任使命、增强"四个自信"的底气、增长课程思政的能力等方面认识其价值逻辑,从全面厘清"四史"之间的关系问题、关注"四史"学习与党的创新理论学习之间的融合问题、高度警惕历史虚无主义错误思潮的渗透问题、正确应对"四史"教育过程中的实践问题等方面把握其问题逻辑,从增强高校党委的"政治三力"、发挥马克思主义学院的"四大优势"、引导教师在学、思、践、悟中坚持"五个结合"等维度建构"三位一体"的实践逻辑。 Learning the history of the Communist Party of China,the history of the new China,the history of reform and opening-up,and the history of socialist development is an important part of strengthening and improving the construction of college teaching staff in the new era.To comprehensively and accurately promote the"four-history"education of college teachers,we need to understand its value logic from the aspects of enhancing the responsibility and mission of moral education,strengthen the"four self-confidence"and increase the ideological and political ability of the curriculum.We need to grasp its problem logic from the aspects of clarifying the relationship between the"four histories",paying attention to the integration between the"four-history"learning and the party’s innovative theory learning,being highly alert to historical nihilism,and dealing with practical problems in the"four-history"education,so as to construct practical logic from enhancing the"three political forces"of college party committees,give full play to the"four advantages"of Marxist colleges,and guide teachers to adhere to the"five combinations"in learning,thinking and practice.
