摘要
目的:对比研究不同训练频率对有力量训练基础的青年男性大学生的肌肉力量和肌肉质量的影响。方法:将12名青年男性大学生随机分成2组,抗阻训练频率分别为1天1练(正常组)和1天2练(高频组)。其他抗阻训练的相关变量均保持一致。研究前后测试内容包括:肌肉极限力量(平板卧推、颈后深蹲、屈腿硬拉)、脂肪体重、瘦体重、肌肉质量等。结果:正常组的极限力量(除硬拉,包括深蹲、卧推、力量举)均大于高频组,实验前后极限力量均有显著性增长(P<0.01),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正常组的肌肉质量的增长趋势(P=0.086)显著大于高频组,脂肪体重、瘦体重增长均大于高频组,2组均有显著性增长(P<0.05),组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在训练容量无显著差异的前提下,不同训练频率的抗阻训练对青年男大学生的肌肉力量和肌肉质量无显著影响。
Objective:To compare and study the effect of strength muscle adaptive training with different training frequency on muscle strength and body composition of young male college students with strength training experience.Method:Twelve young male college students were randomly divided into two groups.One group asked them to conduct resistance training at a frequency of 1 day 1 exercise(NG)and the other group asked them to conduct resistance training at a frequency of 1 day 2 exercise(HG).Other resistance training related variables are consistent.Before and after the study,all the subjects'muscle ultimate strength(including Bench Press,Squat,Dead Lift)were tested,and fat weight,lean weight,muscle content were measured and analyzed.Results:the ultimate strength(except Bench Press,including Squat,Dead Lift)of the NG were higher than those of the HG,and all the ultimate strength significantly increased compared with the baseline(P<0.01),but there were no significant differences between the groups(P>0.05).The increasing trend of muscle content in NG(P=0.086)was significantly higher than that in HG.The increase of fat weight and lean weight in the NG were higher than that in the HG,and there was significant increase in both groups(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Under the premise of no significant difference in training capacity,there were no significant differences in the effect of resistance training with different training frequency on muscle strength and body composition of young male college students.
