摘要
提升体能对于跆拳道这一竞技体育项目来说是训练的重中之重。尽管近年来,功能性训练在其他众多竞技体育项目中的应用广受关注,并取得了丰硕的研究成果,但针对跆拳道这一项目特点展开的研究屈指可数。这与跆拳道项目本身的特点和训练需求不相吻合。有鉴于此,该文对功能性训练在跆拳道体能训练中的应用进行了实证研究,通过数据调查、对比和分析,发现功能性训练对提升运动员核心力量、腿部力量和供应能力有积极效果。为避免运动损伤,依据跆拳道运动的特点,提出应基于功能性训练方法,以完整性、针对性、适度性、多样性的训练内容和方法提升体能训练的效果,以期为跆拳道项目的体能训练提供有益的参考。
Improving physical fitness is the top priority of training for taekwondo,a competitive sport.Although in recent years,the application of functional training in many other competitive sports has also received widespread attention and has achieved fruitful research results,there are only a handful of studies on the characteristics of taekwondo.This is not consistent with the characteristics and training needs of the taekwondo project.In view of this,this article conducts an empirical study on the application of functional training in taekwondo physical training.Through data investigation,comparison and analysis,it is found that functional training has a positive effect on improving athletes'core strength,leg strength and supply capacity.In order to avoid sports injuries,based on the characteristics of taekwondo,we propose to improve the effect of physical training with complete,targeted,appropriate,and diverse training content and methods based on functional training methods,in order to provide beneficial physical training for taekwondo events reference.
