摘要
当今社会人们越来越重视身体素质的提高,而游泳是一项强身健体的体育运动,越来越受到大学生的喜爱。因此很多高校都开设了游泳课程,但是部分学生会对游泳产生恐惧心理,给游泳教学带来阻碍。对此,该文主要介绍了恐惧的定义和表现,从环境、学生、教师、姿势改变4个方面分析高校游泳教学中学生恐惧心理产生的原因,并结合自身教学经验和游泳运动的特征,阐述了游泳教学中克服恐惧心理的措施,希望能够提高高校游泳教学的效果,帮助学生锻炼身体,掌握游泳技能。
In today's society,people pay more and more attention to the improvement of physical quality,and swimming is a kind of physical exercise which is more and more popular among college students.Therefore,many colleges and universities have set up swimming courses,but some students will have a fear of swimming,which hinders swimming teaching.In this regard,this paper mainly introduces the definition and performance of fear,analyzes the causes of students'fear in college swimming teaching from four aspects of environment,students,teachers and posture change.Combined with their own teaching experience and the characteristics of swimming,it expounds the measures to overcome students'fear in swimming teaching,hoping to improve the effect of college swimming teaching and help students exercise and master swimming skills.
