手球运动员竞技能力的心理构成因素

Psychological Factors of Handball Players'Competitive Ability

该文以中国手球协会注册运动员为研究对象,通过问卷调查,对问卷的内容和特点进行归纳分析,探讨手球运动员在比赛中发挥最佳竞技能力所需的心理构成因素。自我思维方式调节和自我心理表象训练;团队间的有效沟通;队友间和教练间的信任;自我效能感知和情绪调节,共6个领域的综合评估结果最突出。该文通过对影响手球运动员竞技能力的心理构成因素的更深层认识,强调心理因素直接或间接影响日常训练和赛中竞技水平发挥的重要性,建议通过加强心理素质层面训练,达到提高运动员竞技水平状态的效果。

Taking the registered players of China handball association as the research object,through the questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes and analyzes the contents and characteristics of the questionnaire to explore the psychological factors needed for handball players to exert their best competitive ability in the competition.Self-thinking mode regulation and self-psychological image training;effective communication between teams;trust between teammates and coaches;self-efficacy perception and emotional regulation,a total of six areas of comprehensive evaluation results are the most prominent.Based on the deep understanding of the psychological factors that affect the competitive ability of handball players,this paper emphasizes the importance of psychological factors directly or indirectly affecting daily training and competitive level in the competition,and suggests that the effect of improving the competitive level of athletes can be achieved by strengthening the training of psychological quality.
