单纯白内障超声乳化术及联合玻璃体切割术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变合并白内障研究

Study on Phacoemulsification of Cataract Alone and Combined Vitrectomy in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy with Cataract

目的探究糖尿病视网膜病变合并白内障患者运用单纯白内障超声乳化术及联合玻璃体切割术治疗的应用价值。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月该院收治的140例糖尿病视网膜病变合并白内障患者,随机分为观察组(白内障超声乳化术联合玻璃体切割术治疗)和对照组(单纯白内障超声乳化术治疗)各70例。对比两组治疗情况。结果相比于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率(97.14%)较高,并发症发生率(5.71%)较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.035、10.158,P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组视力较高,眼压较低,差异有统计学意义(t=12.026、10.098,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病视网膜病变合并白内障患者运用白内障超声乳化术联合玻璃体切割术治疗后,能够提高治疗效果,降低并发症的发生,使患者视力和眼压得到明显改善。

Objective To explore the application value of phacoemulsification and combined vitrectomy for patients with diabetic retinopathy and cataract.Methods A total of 140 patients with diabetic retinopathy and cataract who were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy for cataract)and control group(phacoemulsification for cataract alone treatment)70 cases each.Compared the treatment situation of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group has a higher total effective rate(97.14%)and a lower complication rate(5.71%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.035,10.158,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had higher visual acuity and lower intraocular pressure,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.026,10.098,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy and cataract with phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy can improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of complications,and significantly improve the vision and intraocular pressure of the patients.
