四联疗法治疗Hp阳性慢性浅表性胃炎伴焦虑患者的效果

Effect of Quadruple Therapy on Patients with Hp Positive Chronic Superficial Gastritis and Anxiety

目的探讨四联疗法治疗Hp阳性慢性浅表性胃炎伴焦虑患者的效果。方法将该院2018年4月—2020年2月收治的90例Hp阳性慢性浅表性胃炎伴焦虑患者作为研究对象,硬币法随机分组,每组45例。对照组患者采用支持性心理治疗与西医常规处理,研究组患者在此基础上采用奥美拉唑等四联疗法。对比两组患者治疗前后SAS评分、HAMA评分、Hp根除率、治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组SAS评分与HAMA评分(36.56±1.08)分、(7.82±1.42)分更低于对照组(48.08±1.12)分、(16.03±1.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=49.668、27.819,P<0.05);研究组Hp根除率(93.33%)、治疗总有效率(95.56%)更高于对照组(77.78%、80.00%),不良反应发生率(4.44%)更低于对照组(24.44%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.405、5.075、7.283,P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上对Hp阳性慢性浅表性胃炎伴焦虑患者采用四联疗法治疗有利于清除幽门螺杆菌,可以改善患者负性情绪,疗效确切,安全性良好。

Objective To explore the effect of quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp positive chronic superficial gastritis with anxiety.Methods Ninety patients with Hp positive chronic superficial gastritis with anxiety who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.The coin method was randomly divided into groups,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with supportive psychotherapy and conventional Western medicine,and patients in the study group were treated with omeprazole and other quadruple therapy on this basis.The SAS score,HAMA score,Hp eradication rate,total effective rate of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the SAS score and HAMA score(36.56±1.08)points and(7.82±1.42)points of the study group were lower than those of the control group(48.08±1.12)points and(16.03±1.38)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=49.668,27.819,P<0.05);the Hp eradication rate(93.33%)and total effective rate(95.56%)of the study group were higher than those of the control group(77.78%and 80.00%),and the incidence of adverse reactions(4.44%)was lower than the control group group(24.44%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.405,5.075,7.283,P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,quadruple therapy for Hp-positive chronic superficial gastritis with anxiety is beneficial to eliminate Helicobacter pylori,and can improve negative emotions,with definite curative effect and good safety.
