摘要
目的探讨人工关节置换术对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果。方法采用该院2017年1月—2019年10月接收的92例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,按照单盲分组法将患者划为参照组和观察组,每组46例。参照组进行股骨近端髓内固定治疗,观察组实施人工关节置换治疗,比较并分析两组患者手术指标、康复效果、不良反应情况。结果观察组康复效果优良率为95.65%,不良反应发生率为2.17%,优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组髋关节功能评分为(88.45±11.44)分、卧床时间为(7.01±1.49)d、住院时间为(13.49±1.27)d、骨折愈合时间为(14.49±4.59)d,优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.825、2.482、13.351、6.985,P<0.05)。结论为高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者使用人工关节置换术进行治疗,可以改善患者髋关节功能,减少住院时间,改善患者康复效果,值得临床大力推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of artificial joint replacement on the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods The 92 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures received by the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were used as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the single-blind grouping method,with 46 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with intramedullary fixation of the proximal femur,and the observation group was treated with artificial joint replacement.The surgical indicators,rehabilitation effects,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The observation group had an excellent recovery effect rate of 95.65%and an adverse reaction rate of 2.17%,which was better than that of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s hip function score was(88.45±11.44)points,the bedridden time was(7.01±1.49)d,the hospitalization time was(13.49±1.27)d,and the fracture healing time was(14.49±4.59)d,which was better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.825,2.482,13.351,6.985,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of artificial joint replacement for the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur can improve the function of the hip joint,reduce the length of hospitalization,and improve the rehabilitation effect of the patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
