分析护理指导在儿童计划免疫接种中的重要性

Analysis of the Importance of Nursing Instruction in Children's Planned Immunization

目的分析护理指导对计划免疫接种儿童的护理效果及对改善其不良反应发生率及儿童家属护理满意率的意义。方法回顾性研究,纳入预防接种中心接收的计划免疫接种儿童108名为研究对象,儿童就诊时间2019年3月—2020年3月。108名计划免疫接种儿童采用随机数字法分为普通组和护理指导组两组。普通组(54名)儿童实施常规护理干预,护理指导组(54名)实施护理指导。观察两组护理前、护理后《儿童计划免疫接种健康知识调查问卷》评分、计划免疫接种相关不良反应发生率以及家长护理满意率。结果护理后,护理指导组《儿童计划免疫接种健康知识调查问卷》疫苗类型评分(21.78±2.13)分、接种意义评分(21.63±2.32)分、注意事项评分(22.14±2.09)分、接种相关护理评分(21.46±2.27)分,护理满意率98.15%,明显高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.110、12.233、21.678、10.812,χ^(2)=8.199,P<0.05);护理后,护理指导组计划免疫接种相关不良反应发生率5.88%,明显低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.285,P=0.038)。结论护理指导对计划免疫接种儿童的护理效果及对改善其不良反应发生率及儿童家属护理满意率的意义显著,能够明显控制心绞痛症状发作,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing guidance on children with planned immunization and its significance in improving the incidence of adverse reactions and the satisfaction rate of children's family members.Methods A retrospective study,including 108 children with planned immunization received by the vaccination center as the research objects,and the children's visit time was from March 2019 to March 2020.108 children with planned immunization were divided into two groups:general group and nursing instruction group by random number method.Children in the general group(54 cases)implemented routine nursing interventions,and the nursing guidance group(54 cases)implemented nursing instructions.Observed the scores of the"Children's Planned Immunization Health Knowledge Questionnaire"before and after nursing in the two groups,the incidence of adverse reactions related to planned immunization and the satisfaction rate of parent care.Results After nursing,the nursing guidance group's"Children's Planned Immunization Health Knowledge Questionnaire"score of vaccine type(21.78±2.13)points,vaccination significance score(21.63±2.32)points,precaution score(22.14±2.09)points,vaccination related nursing score(21.46±2.27)points,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 98.15%,which was significantly higher than the ordinary group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.110,12.233,21.678,10.812,χ^(2)=8.199,P<0.05);after nursing,the incidence of adverse reactions related to planned immunization in the nursing guidance group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than the ordinary group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.285,P=0.038).Conclusion Nursing guidance has a significant effect on the care of children with planned immunization and the improvement of the incidence of adverse reactions and the satisfaction rate of children's family care.It can obviously control the onset of angina pectoris and is worthy of clinical application.
