优质护理在手术室护理过程中的应用效果

Application Effect of High-quality Nursing in the Nursing Process of Operating Room

目的研究优质护理应用于手术室护过程中的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年3月—2018年3月来该院实施手术治疗的180例患者的临床资料,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组90例。对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者实施优质护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者术后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分为(43.44±3.25)分、护理知识得分为(88.23±3.24)分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分(46.41±2.65)分,明显优于对照组的(53.22±2.16)分、(73.14±3.17)分、(52.27±2.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t=23.776、30.699、15.814,P<0.05);研究组患者的术中心率(HR)为(89.24±6.77)次/min、平均动脉压(MAP)为(74.62±4.28)mmHg,明显优于对照组的(114.21±6.46)次/min、(87.31±4.52)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=25.315、19.340,P<0.05);研究组患者的皮质醇为(516.48±27.83)nmol/L、血糖为(5.25±0.36)mmol/L、胰岛素为(0.08±0.02)μU/L明显优于对照组的(568.48±27.83)nmol/L、(6.27±0.41)mmol/L、(0.13±0.03)μU/L,差异有统计学意义(t=12.534、17.735、13.156,P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理过程中引入优质护理模式,能有效改善患者术后的焦虑与抑郁情绪,降低术中应激反应,保证手术的顺利开展,提高患者对术后护理知识的掌握,临床效果显著,因此值得推广和使用。

Objective To study the application effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing process of operating room.Methods The clinical data of 180 patients who came to the hospital for surgical treatment from March 2016 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were randomly divided into an study group and a control group,with 90 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine care,and the patients in the study group were given high-quality care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative SAS score of the study group was(43.44±3.25)points,the nursing knowledge score was(88.23±3.24)points,and the SDS score was(46.41±2.65)points,which was significantly better than that of the control group(53.22±2.16)points,(73.14±3.17)points,(52.27±2.31)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.776,30.699,15.814,P<0.05);the intraoperative HR of the study group was(89.24±6.77)times/min,MAP was(74.62±4.28)mmHg,which was significantly better than the control group’s(114.21±6.46)times/min,(87.31±4.52)mmHg,the difference was statistically significant(t=25.315,19.340,P<0.05);the cortisol of the study group was(516.48±27.83)nmol/L,the blood sugar was(5.25±0.36)mmol/L,and the insulin was(0.08±0.02)μU/L,which was significantly better than the control group’s(568.48±27.83)nmol/L,(6.27±0.41)mmol/L,(0.13±0.03)μU/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.534,17.735,13.156,P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing a high-quality nursing model in the nursing process of the operating room can effectively improve the postoperative anxiety and depression of the patients,reduce the stress response during the operation,ensure the smooth operation of the operation,and improve the patient's grasp of postoperative nursing knowledge,with obvious clinical effects,so it is worth promoting and using.
