优质护理服务在老年性脑梗塞护理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of High-quality Nursing Service in Nursing Care of Senile Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨优质护理对老年性脑梗塞的护理作用。方法采用该院2017年1月—2019年10月接收的老年性脑梗塞患者共计68例进行研究,按照抛硬币法将患者划分成对照组(34例)和研究组(34例)。对照组患者进行常规护理措施,研究组使用优质护理干预,对比分析结两组生活质量评分、护理满意度、治疗依从率、不良情绪等方面的情况。结果研究组患者生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会职能、精神健康数据分别为(86.57±7.55)分、(80.15±4.47)分、(86.55±5.33)分、(86.45±4.56)分,其数据均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=25.729、34.430、37.892、47.099,P<0.05);研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分为(26.20±2.51)分,抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分为(29.89±4.59)分,其数据显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.410、8.166,P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为97.06%,依从性为94.12%,其数据均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为老年性脑梗塞患者应用优质护理,可以降低患者不良情绪,提升护理满意度,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of high-quality nursing on senile cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 68 patients with senile cerebral infarction received in the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were used for the study.According to the coin flip method,the patients were divided into a control group(34 cases)and a study group(34 cases).Patients in the control group received routine nursing measures,and the study group used high-quality nursing interventions to compare and analyze the two groups'quality of life scores,nursing satisfaction,treatment compliance rate,bad mood and other aspects.Results The data of physiological function,physical pain,social function,and mental health of the patients in the study group were(86.57±7.55)points,(80.15±4.47)points,(86.55±5.33)points and(86.45±4.56)points,respectively,higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=25.729,34.43,37.892,47.099,P<0.05);the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the study group was(26.20±2.51)points,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score was(29.89±4.59)points,and its data was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.410,8.166,P<0.05);meanwhile,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.06%,and the compliance was 94.12%,the data were all higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction can reduce patients'unhealthy mood and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference.
