预防性护理在钆贝葡胺造影剂上腹部增强MRI检查中的应用分析

Application and Analysis of Preventive Nursing in the Enhanced MRI Examination of Upper Abdomen with Gadobe Meglumine Contrast Agent

目的探究患者接受钆贝葡胺造影剂进行上腹部增强MRI检查全程开展预防性护理干预的效果与应用价值。方法选择2019年1月—2020年10月在该院接受上腹部增强MRI检查的患者50例作为观察对象,根据时间先后顺序分作两组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组开展预防性护理,记录两组受检者MRI增强检查用时,评估患者检查期间心理状态,观察患者发生不良反应情况。结果观察组患者检查用时(21.74±3.02)min明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者检查期间,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分(30.13±5.94)分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分(31.01±6.22)分均相比对照组较低,差异有统计学意义(t=13.137、7.125、6.668,P<0.05)。观察组患者出现不良反应的总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者接受上腹部增强MRI检查全程开展预防性护理能够有效缩短检查用时,减少患者发生不良反应,值得应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect and application value of preventive nursing intervention during the whole process of enhanced MRI examination of the upper abdomen with meglumine meglumine contrast agent.Methods Fifty patients who underwent enhanced MRI examination of the upper abdomen in the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as observation objects.They were divided into two groups according to the chronological order.The control group took routine care and the observation group carried out preventive care.Recorded the time for enhanced MRI examinations of the two groups of subjects,assessed the mental state of the patients during the examination,and observed the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The examination time of the observation group was(21.74±3.02)min,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the examination,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score(30.13±5.94)points and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score(31.01±6.22)points of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.137,7.125,6.668,P<0.05).The total probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The preventive care of patients undergoing enhanced MRI examination of the upper abdomen can effectively shorten the examination time and reduce the adverse reactions of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion.
