中医护理方案在慢性阻塞性肺病伴有急性加重患者的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Programs in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Accompanied by Acute Exacerbations

目的分析在该院慢性阻塞性肺病伴有急性加重患者中应用中医护理方案的效果。方法选取2018年1—12月该院收治的60例慢阻肺伴急性加重患者,通过数字随机表法分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组各30例,给予对照组基础护理。在对照组的基础上给予观察组运用中医护理方案,包括针对咳嗽咳痰、喘息气短和发热症状的护理,分析两组的患者肺功能改善情况、对患者咳痰、咳嗽及喘息的症状程度评分以及患者对护理工作的满意情况。结果护理后观察组FEV1/FVC值(70.5±6.3)%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.429,P<0.05),咳痰、咳嗽、喘息等慢阻肺症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.492,P<0.05)。结论中医护理方案在该院慢性阻塞性肺病伴有急性加重患者中的应用效果显著,能有效改善肺功能,提高护理满意度。

Objective Analyze the effect of applying TCM nursing programs in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary obstruction accompanied by acute exacerbations in this hospital.Methods From January to December 2018,60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary obstruction with acute exacerbation were selected and divided into two groups according to the number random table method,each of which was a control group and an observation group with 30 cases.The control group was given basic nursing care.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given a TCM nursing program,including nursing for cough and sputum,shortness of breath and fever,and analyzed the improvement of lung function of the patients in the two groups,scored the symptoms of sputum,cough and wheezing,and the patient's satisfaction with nursing work.Results After nursing,the FEV1/FVC value(70.5±6.3)%of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.429,P<0.05).The scores of COPD symptoms such as sputum,cough,and wheezing were significantly lower than thosein the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.492,P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM nursing program has a significant application effect in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease accompanied by acute exacerbations in the hospital,which can effectively improve lung function and increase nursing satisfaction.
