"新农科"建设的提出与启动,对高校图书馆而言既是机遇又是挑战。在"新农科"建设进程中,必须加强农林专业人才的培养和科学研究水平。因此,文章研究了"新农科"建设背景下高校图书馆在资源服务、能力提升等方面与"新农科"建设相匹配的战略调整,同时要面向学院、科研团队、师生个人开展学科规划、嵌入式学科服务、智慧平台支撑等服务,得出高校图书馆要应需而变,以期为高校专业人才培育及教学科研提供有力保障。

The construction of"new agricultural science"is both an opportunity and a challenge for university libraries.In the process of"new agricultural science"construction,we must strengthen the training and scientific research level of agricultural and forestry professionals.Therefore,under the background of the construction of"new agricultural science",this paper studies the strategic adjustment of the university library matching with the construction of"new agricultural science"in the aspects of resource service and ability promotion.At the same time,it should develop subject planning,embedded subject service,intelligent platform support and other services for the university,scientific research team,teachers and students themselves,and draw the conclusion that the university library should change as needed,so as to provide strong guarantee for the cultivation of professional talents and teaching and research in the university.
