新媒体时代我国高校图书馆读者服务的质量提升研究

Study on the quality improvement of readers’ service of China’s university libraries in the new media era

图书馆作为全世界高校办学的重要支撑,是教师开展教学活动、师生进行科学研究和学生勤学苦练的聚集地,是保障高质量办学的重要基地。在我国,高校图书馆的主要出发点归结起来无非是:为了一切师生,为师生的一切,换言之就是要为师生提供更为高效和优质的服务,为教学科研活动提供更为便利的场所,为高校高质量办学奠定夯实基础。文章从新媒体时代的发展这一切入点着手,阐述当今时代图书馆教育的文化内涵,并分析当下高校图书馆读者服务工作的现状,在此基础上挖掘高校图书馆提升读者服务的重要意义,同时,试论提升服务质量的重要路径,进而为提升我国高校图书馆读者服务质量提供一点思路。

As an important support for running a university in the world,the library is a gathering place for teachers to carry out teaching activities,for teachers and students to carry out scientific research and for students to study diligently and painstakingly.In our country,the main starting point of university libraries boils down to:for all teachers and students,for all the things of teachers and students.In other words,it aims to provide teachers and students with more efficient and high-quality services,provide more convenient places for teaching and research activities,and lay a solid foundation for high-quality colleges and universities.Starting from the development of the new media era,this paper expounds the cultural connotation of library education in the present age,and analyzes the present situation of the reader service work of university libraries,based on which it excavates the important significance of the reader service work of university libraries.At the same time,it discusses the important path of improving the service quality,and then provides some ideas for improving the reader service quality of university libraries in our country.
