摘要
数字博物馆服务质量是衡量数字博物馆服务效益的重要指标。文章从馆藏情况、使用环境、资源共享与使用、推广与营销四大方面对数字博物馆服务进行评价。结果显示:数字博物馆所提供的服务总体上能较好满足用户的需求,其中,馆藏情况和推广营销表现良好,使用环境和资源共享与利用方面存在较大的提升空间。应通过内容建设增强服务的吸引力,优化使用环境,重视学术板块的建设,提供更多实用性强的培训课程,增强推广营销意识。
The service quality of digital museums is an important index to measure the service efficiency of digital museums.This paper evaluates the service of digital museums from four aspects:collection,use environment,resource sharing and use,promotion and marketing.The results show that the services provided by digital museums can generally meet the needs of users.Among them,the collections and marketing performance are good,and there is much room for promotion in the use of environment and the sharing and utilization of resources.We should enhance the attractiveness of services through content construction,optimize the using environment,pay attention to the construction of academic sectors,provide more practical training courses,and raise the promotion and marketing awareness.
