摘要
焚烧法是我国目前危险废物处理和净化的最主要的方法,但是在危险废物燃烧的过程中会产生一定的有害气体,如氮氧化合物以及含硫化合物等,因此,需要相关的处理部门针对不同成分的烟气采取不同的处理工艺来切实减少有害气体的产生,减轻其危害程度。本文根据某危废处置中心焚烧废气处理系统运行情况,对废气成分、浓度、废气治理措施及治理效果进行了详细介绍。经“SNCR脱硝+烟气急冷+干法脱酸+布袋除尘器去除二噁英除尘+湿法脱酸”废气净化设施处理后,焚烧废气排气筒各污染物浓度均能达标排放。
Incineration is the most important method of hazardous waste treatment and purification in our country,but in the process of hazardous waste combustion,some harmful gases will be produced,such as nitrogen oxides and sulfur compounds.Therefore,the relevant treatment departments need to adopt different treatment processes for different components of flue gas to effectively reduce the generation of harmful gases and reduce their harm Degree.According to the operation of incineration waste gas treatment system in a hazardous waste disposal center,the composition,concentration,treatment measures and effect of waste gas are introduced in detail.After being treated by"SNCR denitrification+flue gas quenching+dry deacidification+bag filter for dioxin removal+wet deacidification"waste gas purification facility,the concentration of pollutants in the exhaust pipe of incineration waste gas can meet the discharge standard.
