摘要
大数据时代为企业发展提供了新的发展方向,但这背景下,人力资源管理逐步朝智慧化人力资源管理发展,可进一步提升人力资源管理的效率与效果,并且可不断创新人力资源管理模式,为企业人力资源管理进一步发展提供新的思路与方向,可充分体现大数据时代背景下人力资源管理的价值,也充分验证了人力资源管理工作中信息化建设的应用价值,但想要在大数据时代背景下做好智慧化人力资源管理工作,必须明确智慧化人力资源管理的需求,基于现状积极满足其发展需求,才能逐步实现人力资源管理智慧化。
