线上、线下混合模式教学在医生与病人见习课中的应用研究

摘要 本研究“互联网+实践见习教学”的线上、线下混合式教学改革,解决传统实践教学模式单一、无法有效承担学生临床思维、无法有效使学生进入“早临床、多临床、反复临床”模式等问题。将2018级临床医学专业本科学生作为研究对象,随机分配将其学生分成两个组,每组学生数为50名。全部学生自愿参加本次教学研究,与授课教师共同完成医生与病人见习课的全部教学内容。提高自主学习能力的程度为92%,提高动手能力的程度为93%等。线上线下融合模式的教学改革,学生学习的主动性、积极性和创造性得到调动,不断提高临床实践教学质量,使“互联网+”的教学改革模式发生质的变化,大幅度提升教育教学改革的品质,适应新时代教学理念。 This study is a mixed teaching reform of"Internet+Practice Teaching"online and offline teaching.To solve the problems of single traditional practice teaching mode,unable to effectively undertake students'clinical thinking,unable to effectively enable students to enter the"early clinical,multi clinical,repeated clinical"mode.2018 clinical medicine undergraduate students were randomly divided into two groups with 50 students in each group.All the students volunteered to participate in the teaching research,and completed all the teaching contents of the doctor and patient internship together with the teachers.The degree of improving self—learning ability was 92%,and the degree of improving hands-on ability was 93%.The online and offline fusion mode of teaching reform,students'learning initiative,enthusiasm and creativity are stimulated,and constantly improve the quality of clinical practice teaching,so that the"Internet plus"teaching reform mode will change qualitatively,greatly improve the quality of education and teaching reform,and adapt to the new era of teaching philosophy.
