摘要
在中国日益频繁的国际交往与不断增强的国际影响力的背景下,跨文化交际人才供不应求。本研究以实证研究的方式评价了2019级专升本护生的跨文化交际能力以及跨文化教育教学效果,结果显示,护生的跨文化交际能力普遍较低,应用跨文化教育教学模式后,跨文化知识(P=0.009)和跨文化技能(P=0.215)有所提高,而跨文化意识变化不大(P=0.011)。虽然跨文化教育教学实践有一定的效果,但是未来还需要更多的研究来探索护生跨文化能力提升的有效策略。
To evaluate the intercultural communication ability of nursing students and the effect of intercultural education and teaching.This study selected 2019-level undergraduate nursing students as the research object,investigated the cross-cultural communication ability of nursing students by way of empirical research,and carried out cross-cultural education and teaching practice,and then evaluated the teaching effect.The results showed that the cross-cultural communication ability of nursing students was generally low.After the application of cross-cultural education teaching mode,the cross-cultural knowledge(P=0.009)and cross-cultural skills(P=0.215)were improved,while the cross-cultural awareness changed little(P=0.011).Although the teaching practice of cross-cultural education has a certain effect,more research is needed to explore the effective strategies to improve the cross-cultural ability of nursing students in the future.
