数字环境下公共图书馆管理创新探析

数字化、网络化的时代背景使得社会的方方面面都发生了巨大的变化,对于公共图书馆管理工作而言,在资源管理、人员管理等方面都有重要的调整。数字环境下公共图书馆管理创新势在必行。基于此,文章从转变观念、体制创新、模式创新、服务创新4个方面出发,提出数字环境下公共图书馆管理创新的有效策略,以期为公共图书馆的发展提供有益的借鉴。

The background of digitalization and networking has brought about great changes in all aspects of the society.For public library management work,there are important adjustments in resource management and personnel management.Under the digital environment,public library management innovation is imperative.Based on this,this paper puts forward the effective strategy of management innovation of public library in digital environment from four aspects of changing idea,system innovation,mode innovation and service innovation,so as to provide useful reference for the development of public library.
