《悉尼协议》范式下高职电子信息工程技术专业建设实践

Construction practice of higher vocational electronic information engineering technology major under Sydney Agreement paradigm

文章主要介绍了《悉尼协议》的基本理念,以及在国内开展相关研究的情况。在中国特色高水平高等职业院校与专业群建设背景下,紧紧抓住《悉尼协议》的核心要素,以学生为本、以成果为导向、持续改进,开展电子信息工程技术专业的本土化实践,从人才培养目标、支撑条件、专业课程体系、评估流程等方面开展研究和实践,建立了一套《悉尼协议》范式下高职电子信息工程技术专业人才方案。通过专业改革与实践取得了一定的标志性成果,但也反思了《悉尼协议》范式的成效和当前专业建设的短板。

This paper mainly introduces the basic concept of Sydney Agreement and related researches in China.Under the background of the construction of high-level vocational colleges and professional groups with Chinese characteristics,a set of higher vocational electronic information engineering technology professionals scheme under the Sydney Agreement paradigm is established through grasping the core elements of the Sydney Agreement,conducting student-oriented,result-oriented,continuous improvement and so on to carry out the localization practice of the electronic information engineering technology major,carrying out the research and practice from the aspects of personnel training objectives,supporting conditions,professional course system,evaluation process and so on.Some landmark achievements have been achieved through major reform and practice,but this paper also reflects on the effectiveness of the Sydney Agreement paradigm and the shortcomings of current major construction.
