茅台酒新酒物流转运优化策略研究

摘要 提出茅台酒新酒物流转运的优化思路、改进步骤及关键性问题解决策略,形成改进方案并予以实施,生产性试验结果达到预期目标,为茅台酒现代物流网络化、信息化、标准化建设奠定基础。 This paper proposes the optimization idea,the improvement steps and the solutions to the key problems for the production logistics of transportation of newly produced liquor in Maotai Distillery.The improvement scheme is implemented and the production test results have achieved the anticipated goal.This study has provided basis for the networked,informationized and standardized construction of the production logistics in Maotai Distillery.
