“后真相”社会是大变局时代的一个后果。“后真相”不等于谎言,而是无共识。在“后真相”时代,各方根据自己的立场、利益等来选择性地对待信息,导致社会无法建立社会共识,进而撕裂社会。以此为视角透视当代美国社会,可知它是“后真相”时代的典型。特朗普开辟了“后真相”时代,各方都认为自己掌握了真相,否定对方的价值观,互不信任,丧失谈判的兴趣与理性,导致美国社会撕裂日益严重。同时,借助全球化背景,“后真相”社会也被全球化,既增加了各国国内共识建构和社会治理的难度,也增加了国家间的不信任、对立和冲突风险。在当代,“后真相”社会是尚无有效解决方案的世界治理难题。

The“post-truth”society is a consequence of the era of great change.“Post-truth”is not equal to lies,but a lack of consensus.In the“post-truth”era,all parties selectively treat information according to their own positions and interests,which leads to the failure of building social consensus and further tearing the society apart.From this perspective,we can see that contemporary American society is a typical example of the“post-truth”era.Trump has opened up a“post-truth”era,in which each side thinks it has a command of truth,negates the other's values,distrusts each other,and loses interest and rationality in negotiations.As a result,the American society is increasingly torn apart.At the same time,in the context of globalization,the“post-truth”society is also globalized,which not only increases the difficulty of domestic consensus building and social governance,but also increases the risk of distrusts,confrontations and conflicts among countries.In contemporary times,the“post-truth”society is a world governance problem with no effective solution.
