中国特色土地托管实践的多元理论分析

Multiple Theoretical Perspectives of Land Trusteeship in China

土地托管关系到农业农村现代化和乡村振兴的全面实现,土地托管亟待从理论层面进行深入推进。研究发现:马克思主义在土地托管理论方面处于整体指导地位,实体主义是土地托管的价值引导,新古典/新制度经济学是土地托管的效率保障,后现代/后结构主义是土地托管的反思取向,生计框架则构成土地托管的底线思维。土地托管的五大理论不是无序的理论杂糅,而是呈现出一核多元的理论互构形态。未来土地托管理论研究应保持对土地托管多元化实践的包容心态,自觉应用多元理论指导土地托管实践,同时须根据实践变化不断提炼中国土地托管的基础理论,传播中国特色土地托管经验,提升土地托管理论范式的国际话语权,形成土地托管基础理论和现实实践的“大循环”。

Land trusteeship is related to the overall realization of agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization.The land trusteeship urgently needs to be advanced from the theoretical level.The research found that Marxism is in the overall guiding position in land trusteeship theory,substantiveism is the value guide of land trusteeship,neoclassical/new institutional economics is the efficiency guarantee of land trusteeship,and postmodern/poststructuralism is the reflection orientation of land trusteeship,while the livelihood framework constitutes the bottom line thinking of land trusteeship.The five theories of land trusteeship are not a disorderly mix of theories,but present a form of mutual construction of multiple and integrated theories.Future theoretical research on land trusteeship should maintain an inclusive attitude towards the diversified practice of land trusteeship,and consciously apply multiple theories to guide land trusteeship practices.At the same time,it is necessary to continuously refine the basic theory of land trusteeship in China based on changes in practice,disseminate land trusteeship experience with Chinese characteristics,and improve the international discourse power of China’s theoretical paradigm in land trusteeship,so as to forms a“big circle”of the basic theory and practical practice of land trusteeship.
