摘要
该文主要介绍了电气领域某次雷电冲击电压波形的波前时间测量能力验证项目的实施过程。该项目主要从方案设计、样品设计以及对样品的均匀性稳定性检验等方面,详细阐述了实施的过程;并对各实验室的回收数据采用稳健统计法,对其进行结果评价。利用图示和表格详细描述了此次评价的过程和结果,最终对此次能力验证中的问题及技术方法进行分析,对出现不满意结果的原因进行了分析并提出建议。
This paper mainly introduces the implementation process of the verification project of the wave-front time measurement ability of a lightning impulse voltage waveform in the electrical field.This project mainly elaborates the implementation process of the project from the aspects of scheme design,sample design and the uniformity and stability test of the sample.The data collected from each laboratory were evaluated by robust statistical method.The process and results of the evaluation are described in detail by using diagrams and tables.Finally,the problems and technical methods in the ability verification are analyzed,and the reasons for the unsatisfactory results are analyzed and suggestions are put forward.
