浅谈数码印刷的精装书印后工艺

数字印刷技术的不断普及,其印后加工技术也发生了翻天覆地的变化。多样化、智能化的数字印后设备将大范围地替代传统的、半自动的印后设备。该文以精装书的数码印后加工技术为研究对象,简析传统精装书装订、裁切、覆膜上光、书封和整合的印后加工技术。通过对目前精装书数码印后技术的研究,将数字化时代的精装书工艺主要分为小数码印后和大数码印后,逐步实现智能联动化、数字化。

With the continuous popularization of digital printing technology,its post-press processing technology has also undergone earth-shaking changes.Diversified and intelligent digital post-press equipment will replace traditional,semi-automatic post-press equipment on a large scale.This article takes the digital post-press processing technology of hardcover books as the research object,and briefly analyzes the traditional hardcover book binding,cutting,film coating,book cover and integrated post-press processing technology.Through the research of the current hardcover book digital post-printing technology,the hardcover book craftsmanship in the digital age is mainly divided into small digital post-printing and large digital post-printing,and gradually realize intelligent linkage and digitization.
