城市污水处理厂设备能耗及影响因素分析研究

Analysis on Energy Consumption and Influencing Factors of Each Treatment Unit in Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant

近年来,随着环境保护力度的加大,污水处理厂的数量也逐渐增长,但是污水处理厂在运行过程中,由于运行需要长期投入费用较高、缺少专业人士运营等各种原因,很多污水处理厂不能保证正常运行。因此,该文以河北某污水处理厂为例,探讨工艺和设备的能耗情况,重点分别对预处理单元、二级生化处理单元和污泥处理单元进行了设备情况介绍和能耗分析影响评价,提出节能降耗的措施,旨在为污水处理厂的运行节省成本。

In recent years,with the increase of environmental protection,the number of sewage treatment plants has gradually increased,but in the operation process of sewage treatment plants,due to the long-term investment,high cost,lack of professional operation and other reasons,many sewage treatment plants can not guarantee the normal operation.Therefore,taking a sewage treatment plant in Hebei Province as an example,this paper discusses the energy consumption of process and equipment,focuses on the introduction of equipment and energy consumption analysis and impact evaluation of pretreatment unit,secondary biochemical treatment unit and sludge treatment unit,and puts forward measures for energy saving and consumption reduction,aiming at saving costs for the operation of sewage treatment plant.
