摘要
农村一直是我国国家发展的重点,农村发展是事关社会稳定、经济民生发展的大事。然而现在农村教育存在着教育资源落后、师资力量不足、对教育的重视程度不足等诸多问题。小班化分层教学是一种充分考虑学生个体差异、因材施教的教学模式,这种教学方法的实施适应农村教育现状,对农村教育深入改革的发展、符合农村民情的教学体制的建立有着重要的意义。
Rural areas have always been the focus of China’s national development,rural development is related to social stability,economic and people’s livelihood development.However,there are many problems in rural education,such as backward educational resources,insufficient teachers and insufficient attention to education.Small class stratified teaching is a teaching mode that fully considers the individual differences of students and teaches students according to their aptitude.The implementation of this teaching method adapts to the current situation of rural education,and is of great significance to the development of in-depth reform of rural education and the establishment of teaching system in line with rural people’s conditions.
