高等教育改革背景下大学生科技创新能力培养模式探析

An Analysis on the Training Mode of College Students’Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability under the Background of Higher Education Reform

该文通过对高校大学生科技创新能力现状的调查分析,结合我国当前经济、社会形势,探讨大学生科技创新能力培养的意义。首先,对高等教育改革背景下大学生科技创新能力现状进行深入分析,提出做好大学生科技创新工作的五大理念:即把握方向性、结合时代性、尊重规律性、体现层次性、加强保障性;其次,提出提升大学生科技创新能力的6个有效途径,包括重视大学生创新思维的培养、深化新时期高校创新教育改革、完善高校人才培养方案、以杰出人才培养为目标引领高等教育科技创新全面实施、加强对科技创新信息等平台的应用、加大社会支持力度。

Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of college students’scientific and technological innovation ability,combined with China’s current economic and social situation,this paper discusses the significance of cultivating college students’scientific and technological innovation ability;This paper analyzes the current situation of college students’scientific and technological innovation ability under the background of higher education reform;This paper puts forward five ideas to do a good job in college students’scientific and technological innovation:grasping the direction,combining with the times,respecting the law,reflecting the level,and strengthening the guarantee.This paper puts forward six effective ways to improve college students’scientific and technological innovation ability,including paying attention to the cultivation of college students’innovative thinking,deepening the innovation education reform in colleges and universities in the new era,improving the talent training program in colleges and universities,leading the comprehensive implementation of scientific and technological innovation in higher education with the goal of cultivating outstanding talents,strengthening the application of scientific and technological innovation information platform,and increasing social support.
