Research on the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Graduation Design System of Logistics Management Major in Colleges and Universities

高校物流管理专业毕业设计是物流管理专业教学和培养学生就业能力的重要环节,直接关系到教学质量和教学效果,建立良好的毕业设计体系是教育理论体系建设的需要,也是培养人才的需要。该文在分析物流管理专业建设创新创业型毕业设计体系的必要性和可行性的基础上,针对物流管理专业毕业设计全过程,根据教育部当前对高校教育的要求、高校发展的实际现状和需要以及物流管理专业建设规划,研究由知识应用型毕业设计转向创新创业型毕业设计,提出物流管理专业创新创业毕业设计体系建设思路和指导思想,构建以培养创新创业能力为主导的毕业设计体系,这不仅在一定程度上能够丰富高校创新创业教育的理论体系,而且为物流管理专业毕业设计满足创新驱动的需要、培养“双创”型人才提供有效的实践体系支撑,并对管理类及高校各专业面向创新创业型的毕业设计改革与实践具有重要的借鉴参考价值。

The graduation project of logistics management major in colleges and universities is an important link in the teaching of logistics management specialty and the cultivation of students’employability,which is directly related to the teaching quality and teaching effect.It is necessary to establish a good graduation design system for the construction of educational theory system and the cultivation of talents.Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial graduation design system for logistics management major,this paper studies the transformation from knowledge application-based graduation design to innovative and entrepreneurial graduation design according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education,the actual situation and needs of the development of colleges and universities,and the construction planning of logistics management specialty.This paper puts forward the ideas and guiding ideology of the construction of the graduation design system of innovation and Entrepreneurship of logistics management major,and constructs the graduation design system dominated by the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,which can not only enrich the theoretical system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,but also provide an effective way for the graduation design of logistics management specialty to meet the needs of innovation driven and cultivate"double innovation"talents practice system support,and the management and colleges and universities for innovation and entrepreneurship oriented graduation design reform and practice has an important reference value.
