Research on the Mode and Path of Social Examinees’Youth Ideological Guidance under the Background of Higher Vocational Enrollment Expansion

The major decision of"one million enrollment expansion"brings great opportunities and challenges to the reform and development of higher vocational education.Based on the background of enrollment expansion,this paper analyzes the current situation of social examinees’youth thought,follows the principle of Ideological and political education adapting to the situation,advancing with the times,and adapting to the situation,constructs the ideological leading mode of social examinees from the perspective of educational communication,innovates and practices the ideological pilot project of"dream realization plan"jointly constructed by the party and the league,and forms the four in one ideological guidance of ideal building dream,youth pursuing dream,growth protecting dream and planning realizing dream lead the work strategy.
