基于大数据的数字化办公在学籍管理中的应用模式研究

大数据背景时代,信息化办公与数字化办公替代了原始的纸质化办公,但在高校的学籍管理中,仍存在大量纸质档,不利于存储与查询。文章对现有学籍管理模式的研究,提出了一种基于大数据的数字化学籍管理模式,三方协作、共同管理、及时反馈,能有效提高学籍管理效率。

In the era of Big Data,information office and digital office are replacing the original paper-based office day by day,but there are still a large number of paper files in the management of university student status,which is not conducive to storage and inquiry.Based on the study of the current management mode of student status,a digital management mode of student status based on Big Data is proposed,which can effectively improve the efficiency of student status management.
