高校图书馆微信公众平台服务发展现状及提升对策研究

Research on the development status and promotion countermeasures of WeChat public platform service in university library

文章研究了高校图书馆微信公众平台服务的发展现状,指出了高校图书馆微信公众平台服务中存在的问题,并从基于用户需求开展服务、密切与读者的沟通交流、指定专人管理运营微信公众平台、加大对微信公众平台的宣传力度4个方面提出了相应的提升对策,以期为高校图书馆微信公众平台服务质量的提升提供参考借鉴。

This paper studies the development status of WeChat public platform service of university library,points out the problems existing in WeChat public platform service of university library,and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures from four aspects:developing service based on user needs,closely communicating with readers,assigning special personnel to manage and operate WeChat public platform,and increasing publicity on WeChat public platform.It is expected to provide reference for the improvement of the service quality of WeChat public platform of university library.
