摘要
国内某公司0.8 Mt/a催化裂化装置运行过程中脱硫脱硝塔烟囱以及臭氧管发生了腐蚀。为了研究材料的耐蚀性,在分析了湿法脱硫脱硝装置的腐蚀环境后,在再生烟气脱硫脱硝塔中不同部位设置了不同材质挂片。在装置运行825 d后对挂片腐蚀情况进行了检查和分析,对出现腐蚀问题的塔内件进行了更换。2020年11月装置停工检修期间对脱硫脱硝塔进行了检查,检查结果验证了催化裂化再生烟气脱硫脱硝塔及内构件选材的合理性,也为类似装置建设和检修选材提供了依据。
During the operation of a 0.8 Mt/a FCC unit in a domestic company,the chimney of desulfurization and denitrification tower and ozone tube was corroded.In order to study the corrosion resistance of the material,various materials of the couples were set up in different parts of the regeneration flue gas desulfurization and denitrification tower after analyzing the corrosion environment and the actual situation.After 825 days of operation,corrosion of the couples was investigated and analyzed;moreover,the tower internals with corrosion problems were replaced.In November 2020,the desulfurization and denitrification tower was inspected during the shutdown and maintenance of the unit.The results verified the rationality of material selection for the tower and its internals,which provided the basis for the construction and maintenance of similar units.
