摘要
针对输油管道弯头冲蚀失效的问题,依据现场实际工况,利用FLUENT模拟软件建立相应的物理模型,再将模型应用到输油管道弯头的固液两相流冲蚀规律研究中。数值模拟结果表明:随着集输压力和颗粒直径的增大,弯头的冲蚀率逐渐减小;随着进口流速的增加,弯头的冲蚀率逐渐增大。通过对输油管道弯头冲蚀规律的研究,在管道弯头运行过程中采取相应的防控措施,降低了弯头冲蚀穿孔的风险,延长了弯头的使用寿命。
In order to solve the problem of elbow erosion failure in oil pipeline,physical model was established by FLUENT based on actual working conditions;then the model was applied to the study of erosion law of solid-liquid two-phase flow at the elbow.Numerical simulation results showed with the increase of gathering pressure and particle diameter,erosion rate of the elbow decreased gradually;while with the increase of inlet velocity,erosion rate increased gradually.Through the research on the erosion law,corresponding prevention measures were carried out,which reduced the risk of erosion perforation and prolonged service life of the elbow.
