常减压蒸馏装置常压塔低温系统腐蚀与防护

Corrosion and Protection of Low-temperature System of Atmospheric Towerin Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit

某常减压蒸馏装置长期加工含硫低酸原油,常压塔低温部位管线及设备腐蚀严重,多次出现常顶塔盘腐蚀断裂、塔顶油气管线腐蚀穿孔、塔顶入口管线腐蚀减薄和空冷设备腐蚀泄漏等问题。为解决这些问题,对常压塔低温部位的腐蚀原因和防护措施进行分析研究,并提出了针对性的改进措施。

During the long-term processing of sulfur-bearing low acid crude oil in an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the pipelines and equipment at low-temperature part of atmospheric tower were seriously corroded,which led to a series of problems such as fracture of overhead tray,perforation of overhead pipeline,thinning of overhead inlet pipeline,leakage of air cooling equipment,etc.In order to solve the problems,corrosion causes and preventions were studied.Corresponding impro-vements were recommended.
