摘要
介绍了一种基于刀具轴向矢量程序的NX/Post Builder后处理器制作方法,不需要考虑五轴机床的结构形式即可制作五轴联动功能的后处理器,生成在不同结构五轴加工中心上通用的刀轴矢程序。以海德汉iTNC530系统为例,详细介绍了刀轴矢量程序NX后处理器的构建过程。为了验证刀轴矢量程序后处理器的效果,设计了一个试切模型,并用NX编写了一段试验程序。结果表明,刀轴矢量程序能顺利实现五轴定位加工和五轴联动加工。
A method of making NX/post builder postprocessor based on tool axial vector program was introduced.The postprocessor with fiveaxis linkage function could be made without considering the structure of five axis machine tool,and the general tool axial vector program on fiveaxis machining centers with different structures could be generated.Taking Heidenhain iTNC530 system as an example,the constructionprocess of tool axis vector program NX postprocessor was introduced in detail.In order to verify the effect of post processor of tool axis vectorprogram,a trial cutting model was designed,and a test program was written with NX.The results show that the tool axis vector program canrealize five axis positioning machining and five axis linkage machining smoothly.
