摘要
为提高金刚石刀头的锋锐度、耐磨度,用国产替代进口,设计了一种夹层式金刚石排锯刀头切削部结构。刀头结构包括两层工作层,相邻两工作层之间为过渡层,通过精确控制工作层和过渡层的成分和形状,对刀头的导向性进行调制,并引入一种金属基添加稀土元素的结合剂配方进行键合。实验结果表明,金属基加稀土的夹层式刀头设计改善了金刚石粉粒与基体的焊接强度和刀头的锋利度,刀头硬度HRB值达到105~115,下刀速度27 cm/h,刀头耐磨度和锋利度均达到进口同类刀头标准。为减少排锯锯切过程中的谐振现象,设计了一种中间刀头间隔向两边逐次增大的非等距排布方式,对比国外同类排锯,在同等条件下,石材锯切损耗降低了5%~10%。
In order to improve the sharpness and wear resistance of the diamond cutter head,a structure of the cutting part of the sandwichdiamond gang saw cutter head was designed to replace imported ones with domestic products.The cutter head structure includes two workinglayers,and a transition layer between two adjacent working layers.By precisely controlling the composition and shape of the working layer andthe transition layer,the guidance of the cutter head was modulated,and a metal base was added to add rare earth.The binding agent formula ofthe elements was bonded.The experimental results show that the metal-based and rare-earth sandwich cutter head design improves thewelding strength between the diamond powder and the substrate and the sharpness of the cutter head.The hardness of the cutter head reaches105~115,and the cutting speed is 27 cm/h.The wear resistance and sharpness have reached the standard of imported similar cutter heads.Inorder to reduce the resonance phenomenon in the sawing process of the gang saw,a non-equidistant arrangement method in which the intervalbetween the middle cutter heads gradually increases to the two sides was designed.Compared with similar foreign gang saws,the stone sawingloss is reduced under the same conditions5%~10%.
