基于协作服务流程的计量系统主数据管理技术研究

摘要 主数据是处理业务服务流程的基础,其描述了数据记录在信息系统运行过程中所对应的业务对象,例如客户、产品或供应商,因此许多公司都通过采用多个涉及异构信息系统的业务应用程序(每个应用程序都有自己的数据集)来支持其自身的业务服务流程。而在整个服务流程中,需要对流程下的主数据进行协调,因为主数据的协调可以更加高效地处理客户的服务请求,同时也可以有效地节约成本和提高生产效率。基于此,描述了在服务流程中进行主数据管理所面临的具体挑战,并简单概括其可能存在的优点,同时通过示例解释,说明了主数据分布的架构备选方案。最后,以电网公司的案例研究为基础,说明客户和产品主数据管理是如何支持创新服务流程的。 Master data is the basis of processing business service process,it describes the data records in the process of information systemoperation of the business objects,such as customers,products or suppliers,so many companies are more involved in heterogeneous informationsystem through the use of business applications(each application has its own data set) to support its business service process.In the wholeservice process,master data under the process needs to be coordinated,because the coordination of master data can deal with customer servicerequests more efficiently,and at the same time can effectively save costs and improve production efficiency.Based on this,the specificchallenges to master data management in service processes were described,the potential benefits were briefly outlined,and architecturalalternatives for master data distribution were explained by example.Finally,based on a case study of a power grid company,it illustrates howcustomer and product master data management supports innovative service processes.
