A Control System of Water Joint Test Device

水关节是雷达冷却系统的关键部件。水关节测试装置的主要功能是检测水关节各项性能和指标。设计了一个水关节测试控制系统,通过驱动器控制水关节旋转,通过PLC实时采集水路中的液位、温度、压力和流量传感器信号,并保护系统自动停启。该系统利用可编程控制器PLC实现对系统的状态检测和保护,体积小、功能强、可靠性高,完全满足水关节的测试要求。

The water joint is the key component of a rader’s cooling system.The major function of a water joint test device is detection theperformance and index of water joint.A control system of water joint test device was designed,which controled the rotation of the water jointthrough the driver,collected the signals of temperature,pressure and flow sensors in the waterway in real time through PLC,and protestedsystem from starting and stopping automatically.The PLC is used to realize the state detection and protection of the system,which has theadvantages of small size,strong funtion and high reliability.The system can fully meet the test requirements of water joint.
